ONSITE CONSULTATION

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTATON
We respect your time. Our team follows a structured schedule and communicates regularly to ensure your project stays on track — from planning to handover.
BUILDING PERMIT SUBMISSION
We handle all aspects of the Building Permit (BP) submission. This includes coordinating structural engineering, energy efficiency reports (minimum 7-star rating), and BAL (Bushfire Attack Level) assessments where applicable. Our team ensures all regulatory and compliance documentation is submitted accurately and promptly.
CONSTRUCTION COMMENCEMENT
With approvals in place and plans locked in, construction begins under full project management. We maintain rigorous quality control, uphold all regulatory standards, and keep communication clear and consistent throughout the build.
COMPLETION & HANDOVER
