Step 1

Onsite Consultation

Every project begins with a tailored consultation at your property. We take the time to understand your vision, evaluate site-specific conditions, and gather essential information. This sets a strong foundation for your project's success.

Step 2

Concepts Design & Site Survey

We develop initial concept drawings alongside a detailed contour or topographical survey. These documents form the basis for your Development Application (DA), which is submitted to your local council for planning approval.

Step 3

Development Approval

We manage the DA process on your behalf, liaising with local council and relevant authorities to ensure your project complies with zoning and planning regulations. Our proactive approach helps streamline approval timelines and mitigates delays.

Step 4

Construction Documentation

Upon DA approval, we produce full architectural construction drawings and specifications. This includes selection schedules for fixtures and finishes, along with detailed plans required for quoting and construction execution.

Step 5

Building Permit Submission

We handle all aspects of the Building Permit (BP) submission. This includes coordinating structural engineering, energy efficiency reports (minimum 7-star rating), and BAL (Bushfire Attack Level) assessments where applicable. Our team ensures all regulatory and compliance documentation is submitted accurately and promptly.

Construction Commencement

With approvals in place and plans locked in, construction begins under full project management. We maintain rigorous quality control, uphold all regulatory standards, and keep communication clear and consistent throughout the build.

Step 7

Completion & Handover

Your new space is delivered move-in ready following all final inspections and certifications. We ensure a thorough handover process that reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and client satisfaction.

Yes. In simple terms, without drawings, each builder will interpret your instructions differently. This can lead to large price differences. It's always best to have plans drawn before requesting a formal builder's quote.

Workers Compensation Insurance

WorkCover WA is the government agency responsible for administering the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Act 1981. All employers in Western Australia are legally required to hold workers’ compensation coverage for anyone defined as a "worker" under the Act. This insurance ensures that any worker injured on the job is properly compensated and supported through their recovery.

Public & Product Liability Insurance

This insurance protects against claims made by third parties for personal injury or property damage that may occur as a result of our business activities. It covers incidents that happen during the course of construction, ensuring that you are not held liable for accidents or damages caused by our team.

Professional Indemnity Insurance

Professional Indemnity Insurance protects against claims that may arise from professional advice, design work, documentation errors, or omissions that result in financial loss to the client. It applies particularly to the early project phases involving architectural plans, estimation, or compliance documentation. This coverage reflects our commitment to accuracy, diligence, and responsibility in all professional services we provide.

Contract Works Insurance

While public liability insurance covers damage or injury caused by contractor negligence, contract works insurance extends protection to risks that are often beyond anyone’s control. This includes damage to the building works from storms, fire, theft, vandalism, or unforeseen site incidents during the construction period.

Our service includes preparation of drawings by multi-skilled, highly experienced designers. Alternatively, we can also work from drawings provided by your architect.
