Yes. In simple terms, without drawings, each builder will interpret your instructions differently. This can lead to large price differences. It's always best to have plans drawn before requesting a formal builder's quote.
RUSCON Construction covers public liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance. Some lenders may require the builder to supply this documentation before approving finance.
Our service includes preparation of drawings by multi-skilled, highly experienced designers. Alternatively, we can also work from drawings provided by your architect.
